Perfect little stay
Had a fab time here! The staff were super friendly and helped carry our bags. Breakfast was delish, with good options to start the day. The room was clean and comfy. Just a little annoying that the door handle was wobbly, and closing it was kinda loud. But overall, loved the vibe of the place.

Nice room with a comfy bed. The noise from the street made it hard to sleep well. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made a difference. Really close to attractions like Liverpool One. No tea cups in the room, only glasses for drinks.

The staff stood out with their friendliness and helpfulness. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, but the room itself was disappointing, featuring dark paint and an obstructed view of scaffolding. The bathroom facilities were inadequate, with a small sink prone to splashing and a shower that couldn’t drain properly, leaving the floor flooded after use. While the location was great for easy access to shops and restaurants, overall, the experience didn't meet expectations.
